At the platform of the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), the Government of Moscow and the financial development institute “Dom.rf” signed an agreement on informational interaction in the field of housing construction. The cooperation is aimed at increasing industry transparency, developing digital interaction mechanisms, and forming a high-quality analytical base for making managerial and investment decisions. This was reported by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the capital’s Department of Urban Policy, within the Urban Policy and Construction Complex of the city,Vladislav Ovchinsky.

“Today, the construction industry increasingly relies on digital solutions and high-quality data. The speed of decision-making, the efficiency of project implementation, and the transparency of the market as a whole depend on the completeness and relevance of this data. Cooperation with the financial development institute ‘Dom.rf’ will make it possible to systematize approaches to working with information and improve the quality of analytics in housing construction. This is an important step for the further technological development of the construction industry,” noted Vladislav Ovchinsky.

Within the framework of the agreement, the parties plan to exchange experience and conduct joint events on housing construction development issues. In addition, the cooperation will involve improving the exchange of data between the unified information system of housing construction and urban systems in the field of urban planning.

A separate area of cooperation is related to the improvement and updating of an existing massive data array on erected and reconstructed residential buildings, including houses that are being constructed according torenovation program. This will help make the market more open and understandable both for the professional community and for city residents.

“Dom.rf” as a development institute plays a systemic role in the digital transformation of the construction industry. Our unified information system for housing construction already accumulates key data on more than 11 thousand residential buildings and 4.3 thousand developers across the country. The partnership with the Moscow Government will strengthen the role of “Dom.rf” in creating a transparent environment in housing construction, reducing risks for all participants—from developers to equity holders.”Moreover, the agreement will allow us to improve the quality of aggregated data, which will ultimately affect the harmonious development of the capital’s urban development and the quality of life of its citizens,” added the Deputy General Director of PJSC “Dom.rf”, Chairman of the Board of PJSC “Dom.rf” Maxim Gritskevich.

Such cooperation will help improve the quality of managing construction projects and accelerate the exchange of data between participants. For the city, this means more accurate planning and the ability to respond faster to market changes. The development of digital tools and unified approaches to working with information will also create additional conditions for the stable development of housing construction in Moscow.
