In the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Okrugs, 12 projects of comprehensive territorial development (CTD) are already in the implementation stage, within the framework of which more than 345 hectares of land will be redeveloped and nearly 10 thousand jobs will be created. “The KRT Program is being implemented throughout the entire capital district. Thus, in TINAO, at the implementation stage, there are already 12 projects, within the framework of which redevelopment of more than 345 hectares of land with an urban development potential of about 1.4 million square meters of real estate will be carried out. Among them, about 934 thousand square meters of modern residential buildings will be constructed, of which about 336.9 thousand will be intended for the purposesrenovation program. Another 460.5 thousand square meters will be allocated for public, business, and industrial development. The implementation of these projects will allow the creation of almost 10,000 jobs. As a result, residents of the districts will receive a high-quality, comfortable urban environment with infrastructure that meets high metropolitan standards, as well as the opportunity to find employment next to their homes,
KRT projects are being implemented in six districts — Filimonkovsky, Kommunarka, Shcherbinka, and Vnukovo of the Novomoskovsky administrative district, as well as in Troitsk and Krasnopakhorsky of the Troitsky administrative district.
High interest in the KRT program in TINAO is shown by landowners who are implementing five out of 12 projects. One of these is being carried out near the village of Shiryaevo in the Filimonkovsky district, where the landowner, having signed an agreement with the city on the comprehensive development of an undeveloped territory of 8.06 hectares, will build over 149 thousand square meters of real estate within five years: 95 thousand square meters of housing and about 54 thousand square meters of public and business facilities. In particular, they will construct an educational complex with a school for 250 students and a kindergarten for 125 places.”As a result of the project implementation, more than 1,600 new jobs will be created,” noted the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital’s Department of Urban Policy.
In addition to the 12 projects already being implemented, 12 more have been published on the mos.ru website, within the framework of which the redevelopment of 367.1 hectares of land will take place in TINAO. There, more than 2.7 million square meters of real estate will be built, of which more than 1.7 million square meters will be housing. More than 19 thousand jobs will also be created. Most of the projects — nine out of 12 — are planned to be implemented with investors, including landowners.
Within the framework of the CRT program, in former industrial zones, attractively designed urban spaces are created on inefficiently used and undeveloped plots, which organically integrate into the overall urban fabric.
