“Fraudsters are not using for the first time links to fake city resources for fraudulent purposes. The new scam targets entrepreneurs: a fake site is created that copies the interface of the official platform, and information is spread about an allegedly new function — the ability to conclude contracts without registration on the suppliers’ portal. Thus, scammers count on the desire to save time and avoid bureaucratic procedures will force entrepreneurs to transfer money or provide personal data.”If you are offered to participate in procurement without registration, asked to provide your data or authorize by phone number — do not believe it and verify the information independently on mos.ru and on the suppliers’ portal,” said Valentina Shilina, project manager of “I Will Call Myself”.

Registration on the platform is free and includes several stages: obtaining an electronic signature, filling out an application with the organization’s details and banking information. Any offers of preferential participation, contracts without verification, or quick receipt via a link from a messenger are schemes of fraudsters. Do not follow suspicious links, do not provide codes from SMS, and do not transfer money to unknown accounts.
Supplier portal is an official interregional electronic platform created by the Moscow Government for automating small-scale procurements. Operation on the portal is strictly regulated by federal laws No. 44-FZ and 223-FZ. Participation in procurements, including quotation sessions, is impossible without registration and the presence of an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
