On Children’s Day, specialistsDepartment of Civil Defense, Emergency Situations, and Fire Safety of the city of Moscow(GOSSPB) organized a celebration for the young patients of the Morozovskaya Children’s City Clinical Hospital. For the children who met the first day of summer in the walls of the healthcare institution, they prepared a quest, workshops, games, and a fire safety exhibition. A holiday with care
Firefighters and rescuers of Moscow conducted an educational gaming quest for young patients to give them good emotions and distract them from the hospital routine. On the first summer day, the children met real heroes. Specialists showed them modern technology and equipment, the kids were able to try on elements of combat clothing and sit behind the wheel of a fire truck.
Special interest was caused by the fire aerial ladder, on which everyone willing was still climbing to a height of up to 10 meters — a large queue formed in front of the vehicle.
Specialists of the Moscow Water Rescue Service in game form taught volunteers to provide first aid, throw a life ring, and demonstrated the equipment of a mobile rescue station.

Together with the youth council of the Department of Civil Defense, Emergencies, and Fire Safety, they organized fun games for the kids on the topic of fire safety, and during the quiz, they checked the knowledge gained.
Worked on this day and a creative workshop where children together with an artist created bright paintings. They drew rescue boats and fire helicopters.

A surprise for young patients was the visit of volunteer canine specialists. They not only introduced children and their parents to their four-legged partners — rescue dogs, but also demonstrated methods of rescuing people from water in a small pool.
