Currently, four non-residential premises with an area ranging from 81.8 to 234.7 square meters are listed at auctions in the building on Marshala Savitskogo Street. All of them are located on the ground floor and have free designation, which allows using them for any types of business — from pharmacies and stores to household service centers, sports sections, or private clinics,” Kirill Purtov said.
The premises are located at the addresses: 4 Marshal Savitsky Street, building 1 and 26, building 2. Each has a separate entrance.
Applications for participation in the auctions will close on June 5 and 30. The auctions will take place on June 17 and July 9.
