A student of GUU, as part of a team, became the silver prize-winner in the scientific quiz of the All-Russian Festival of Economic Science, organized by the Free Economic Society of Russia.
A member of the student scientific society of GUU, a 3rd-year student of the educational program “Logistics and Supply Chain Management,” Ekaterina Glyzina demonstrated her knowledge in the fields of economics and management, teamworking skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to make prompt decisions. The young woman, together with the team, successfully coped with all the challenges and became the silver prize-winner of the scientific quiz.
Ekaterina received the award at the ceremony honoring the winners during the final plenary session of the Moscow Academic Economic Forum.
“Such events develop teamwork skills, help find compromises, and teach how to quickly develop and present ideas. They allow young people to feel like part of a professional community and understand that their opinion really matters,” noted Ekaterina Glyzina.
This year the festival was dedicated to the theme “Socio-Economic Development of Russia in the Conditions of a New Era” and united more than 180 students from universities and colleges, as well as pupils from schools and lyceums from various regions of the country. Among the participants were winners and finalists of scientific and educational initiatives, including the All-Russian Economic Dictation, the International Youth Scientific Research Competition in Economics, and others.
Let us remind you that earlier Ekaterina became the laureate of the Sergo Ordzhonikidze Prize and a scholarship holder of the Moscow Government.
Congratulations to our student on another success and we wish further achievements in scientific and educational activities!
