Rio de Janeiro, June 1 /Synua/ — At least 15 people died on Sunday as a result of a head-on collision between a truck and a van in the state of Bahia in northeast Brazil. This was reported by the federal highway police.
The entire section of the road was closed after the accident, the causes of the incident are being clarified.
Employees of the regional technical police department were sent to the scene to retrieve the bodies and conduct a forensic medical examination. At the moment, none of the victims have been identified. –0–
