Decisions made at the Government meeting on May 28, 2026:
1. On the draft federal law “On the execution of the budget of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation for 2025”

2. On the draft federal law “On the execution of the budget of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund for 2025”
The federal law draft is aimed at approving the report on the execution of the fund’s budget for 2025.

1. Approve the report on the execution of the budget of the Federal Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund for 2025 and send it to the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.

The bill is aimed at ensuring the ratification of the agreement signed in Bishkek on November 26, 2025.

4. On the draft amendments of the Government of the Russian Federation to the draft federal law No. 870751-8 “On Amendments to the Federal Law ‘On the Safety of Hydraulic Structures'”
The draft amendments are aimed at simplifying the procedure for entering information about a Class IV hydraulic structure of responsibility into the Russian register of hydraulic structures.
Government Decision:
Approve the draft amendments of the Government of the Russian Federation to the draft federal law No. 870751-8 “On Amendments to the Federal Law ‘On the Safety of Hydraulic Structures'” and submit them to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
5. On the technical regulation of chemical products
The draft decree provides for the approval of technical regulations “On the safety of chemical products.” The development of technical regulations is aimed, in particular, at ensuring the protection of the life or health of citizens, animals, and plants, property, the environment, and preventing actions that mislead consumers (buyers).
Government Decision:
Adopt the draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on this issue.
6. When allocated by the Ministry of Russia in 2026 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation, budgetary appropriations for providing a subsidy in the form of a property contribution by the Russian Federation to the public-law company “Territory Development Fund” for the purpose of providing financial support to the budget of the Kamchatka Krai for the implementation of measures for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock.

Adopt the draft order of the Government of the Russian Federation on this issue.
7. When allocating budgetary appropriations in 2026 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Ministry of Education of Russia for providing one-time financial assistance in the form of a subsidy from the federal budget to the budget of Belgorod Region in order to co-finance expenses arising from the organization of recreation and health improvement for children residing in the territory of Belgorod Region
