Two projects from the representatives of the State University of Management immediately became winners of the federal youth entrepreneurship competition “Create OURS” and received grants of 1 million rubles each. Among the winners were the project of the master’s student of SUM, Mikhail Zorin, HolterTECH, and the project of the third-year student of the Institute of Marketing, Ruslana Bula, “Of the Same Blood.”

HolterTECH is a wearable ECG sensor for athletes that allows monitoring a person’s condition directly during training. The device helps control the body’s indicators in real time and can be used both in professional sports and in mass fitness.

For the Mycaila Zorin project, this is not the first major victory recently. A week ago, HolterTECH became the winner of the Skolkovo Sports Accelerator, and in 2025 received a grant from the Innovation Assistance Fund under the “Student Startup” program. Thus, in a year, the startup attracted more than 2.5 million rubles of funding.

Another winner of the contest was a 3rd-year student of the GUU Institute of Marketing, Ruslana Bula. Together with university graduates Rostislav Akalovich and Anton Vershinin, she is developing the project “Odnoi Krovi” — a digital platform for donor assistance to animals.

The portal helps pet owners find a blood donor for a sick pet or offer assistance to other community members. The MVP platform was launched on April 30, 2026. The project is a resident of Skolkovo, has already attracted almost 3 million rubles in investments, and has received support from the Agency for Strategic Initiatives as one of the promising technological projects.

“Each year, the number of applications submitted by young people to participate in the competition grows. Over three years, the number exceeded 23 thousand, and just this year — 11 thousand. This means that the topic of entrepreneurship today really arouses interest among young people,” noted the General Director of ASI, Svetlana Chupsheva.

The winners of the competition were announced on May 27 at the III Forum of Young Entrepreneurs “Create OURS” in Moscow. The organizers were the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the MSP Corporation with the support of the “Youth Entrepreneurial Initiative” fund and “Delovaya Rossiya”.

In 2026, among the winners of the competition, most will be representatives from Moscow and the Moscow region, Saint Petersburg, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Sverdlovsk, and Chelyabinsk regions. More than 40% of the projects are related to IT, technologies, and manufacturing; 15% are associated with creative industries; about 13% are related to the education sector.

In addition to grants, the authors of the 100 best projects received the opportunity to participate in the acceleration program of the MSP Corporation for free.

Congratulations to Mikhail Zorin, Ruslan Bulai, and their team on winning the federal competition. We wish the projects further development, new partnerships, successful scaling, and new technological achievements.
