China has launched a campaign to promote cooperation among enterprises

Beijing, May 28 /Xin Hua/ — Chinese authorities have launched a campaign for integration and the search for partners for enterprises of all scales, according to an official notice published on Wednesday.

The campaign, which will be named “One Hundred Activities for Ten Thousand Enterprises” in 2026, is aimed at expanding channels of exchange and interaction between large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises /SMEs/, according to the notification.

This event is aimed at deepening and expanding the channels of integration and coordination for large, medium, and small enterprises, including the consolidation of resources of institutions engaged in intellectual property issues, universities, research institutes, financial institutions, and other parties. The ultimate goal is to create an all-encompassing platform for enterprises, aimed at access to services and the conclusion of cooperation agreements, demonstration of various advantages, servicing, and establishing contacts between the SME sector and large enterprises.The platform should facilitate the integration of a larger number of SMEs into innovative and industrial supply chains, involving key enterprises in the supply chains, promoting the formation of a joint, efficient, integrated, and smooth innovation ecosystem for the integration of enterprises of various scales.

Several thematic events will be held as part of the campaign, such as special sessions aimed at establishing contacts between enterprises in key sectors, including robotics, servers, and artificial intelligence terminals.

The campaign is jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC, the State Committee for Development and Reform of the PRC, the Committee for Control and Administration of State-Owned Assets under the State Council of the PRC, the State Administration for Intellectual Property Affairs, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.

The relevant authorities are obliged to improve the mechanisms of interagency coordination, to study in advance the needs of large enterprises for the purpose of establishing contacts between market entities, it is added in the notice.
