In connection with the holding of the “Green Marathon” on May 30 in Moscow, traffic on the central embankment and streets will be restricted.
From 01:00 on May 28 to 01:00 on May 30 and from 20:00 on May 30 to 09:00 on May 31, traffic will be closed in one lane on Moskvoretskaya Street (from Moskvoretskaya Embankment to Varvarka Street). From 01:00 on May 28 to 09:00 on May 31, three lanes will be closed on the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge (from Varvarka to Bolotnaya Street).
The main restrictions will begin on May 30, on the day of the sporting event. From 01:00 to 20:00 traffic will be closed on Moskvoretskaya Street (from Moskvoretskaya Embankment to Varvarka Street), Vasilyevsky Spusk Square (from Kremlin Embankment to Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge), Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge (from Varvarka to Bolotnaya Street), Varvarka Street (from Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge to Kitaygorodsky Passage) and Ilyinka Street (from Novaya Square to Varvarka Street).
On May 30, starting at 07:00, the central embankments will begin to close. Until 11:15, it will be impossible to drive along Goncharnaya Embankment (from Kotel’nicheskaya Embankment to Bolshoy Krasnokholmsky Bridge) and Krasnokholmskaya Embankment (from Bolshoy Krasnokholmsky Bridge to Sarinsky Passage).Until 11:45, traffic restrictions will be in effect on Kotel’nicheskaya Embankment (from Malyy Ustinskiy Bridge to Goncharnaya Embankment), until 12:30 — on Sofiyskaya, Raushskaya, Kosmodamianskaya, and Ustinskaya Embankments, Yauzskaya and Sadovnicheskaya Streets, Bolshoy and Maly Ustinskiy Bridges, on Ustinskiy Passage, until 13:15 — in Faleev Lane, Kitaygorod Passage, on Bolotnaya Street, Moskvoretskaya and Prechistenskaya Embankments, Staraya and Novaya Squares, and until 13:45 — on the Kremlin Embankment.
In addition, other restrictions will be in effect on May 30. Thus, from 07:30 to 12:15, traffic will be closed on Luzhniki Street, until 12:30 — on Luzhnetskaya Embankment, until 12:45 — on Khamovnichesky Val Street, until 13:00 — on Frunzenskaya Embankment.
From 00:01 on May 30 until the end of the event, parking will be prohibited on the section where traffic restrictions are introduced.
