The results of the contest “Best Authorized Labor Inspector” have been summed up at PJSC “KAMAZ”. The winner was the electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of LLC “KAMAZenergoRemont”, Fanil Garipov.
The traditional “Best Authorized Representative for Labor Protection” competition was organized by the company’s trade union organization with the aim of drawing attention to labor protection issues, improving the professional level, and activating the work of authorized representatives for labor protection, who are the key link in the system of trade union control over safety at production. The participants of the competition trials were the winners of internal stages of the competitions, previously held in the divisions and at the plant. 17 people made it to the final.The competition program included two stages: written testing and oral answers to questions within the framework of an individual interview.

With words of encouragement and wishes of good luck to the contestants, the head of the labor relations department of the Trade Union organization Vladimir Aleshkov and the labor and wage organization specialist of the press-frame plant PJSC “KAMAZ” Rashit Kharrasov also addressed.
The jury included the deputy chairman of the company’s trade union organization Alexander Shuralev, head of the labor protection department of OPPo PAO “KAMAZ” Vladimir Aleshkov, labor organization and wages specialist of the press-frame plant Rashit Kharrasov, as well as the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the procurement block Elvira Urazgulova.
As a result of the competition, first place was taken by the electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment from LLC “KAMAZenergoRemont”, Fanil Garipov. Second place was awarded to the automatic lines adjuster of the repair and tool factory, Andrey Pakulov. Third place was shared by the locomotive driver of LLC “PZhDT-Service”, Roman Portnov, and the specialist of the technological service of the automobile factory, Igor Titianov.
