Students of the State University of Management became one of the main heroes of the 17th All-Russian Interuniversity Personnel Forum named after A.Ya. Kibanov “Innovative Personnel Management.” Their projects became finalists, took prize places, and received the Grand Prix in the competitive and Olympiad program of the forum.

The forum united more than 450 participants from various regions of Russia. The program included a scientific-practical conference, a student olympiad, an innovation project competition, a training-methodological section, as well as remote competitions of scientific articles and methodological developments.

The results of the forum showed that today’s personnel agenda has long gone beyond the traditional HR framework. The focus is on technology, quality of working life, adaptation of young specialists, development of competencies, and creation of professional communities. And the results of the GUE students became convincing evidence that the university is preparing specialists who can see changes and work with them in practice.
