Final of the XIV season of the International Engineering Championship CASE-IN

The results of the final of the XIV season of the largest competition in solving real production tasks from industry companies – the International engineering championship CASE-IN – were summed up in Moscow.

Technological projects for the development of key sectors of the economy were presented by students and active specialists from Russia, as well as 13 CIS and BRICS countries. The reward for the winners and finalists was prospects for a successful start and the development of a professional career. The championship is held with the support of the presidential platform “Russia – Land of Opportunities,” implemented within the initiative “Science to Win” and the Decade of Science and Technology plan in Russia.

Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak noted that the CASE-IN championship makes a significant contribution to the development of the human resources and technological potential of our country.

“The CASE-IN International Engineering Championship makes a significant contribution to the training of a new generation of highly qualified specialists for key sectors of the economy and fully meets the goals of the national ‘Personnel’ project. In close cooperation with the government, business, and universities, the project opens up real career opportunities for young people. Each year, about 15 thousand students participate in the championship, and every third of them subsequently gets employed at a TECH company.”Such initiatives not only develop healthy competition among engineering schools in our country, but also act as a powerful driver of professional growth for young specialists. Solving relevant production tasks, participants gain valuable practical experience and analytical skills, becoming specialists that Russia urgently needs. For a young engineer, this is indeed one step from an educational case to a workplace in a leading company,” said Alexander Novak.
