The multifunctional center for applied qualifications in mechanical engineering – the training center “KAMAZ” was visited by Sobir Khaytmuratov, head of the Department for Population Employment Issues of the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The delegation also included the Deputy Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Klara Tazetdinova, and the Director of the Population Employment Center of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatyana Bydanova. The guests were accompanied by the Director of the Personnel Development Department of PJSC “KAMAZ”, Leniza Khurmatullina.
During the visit, the leaders familiarized themselves with the infrastructure of the educational complex. The delegation visited production training workshops and labor protection laboratories, including the showroom, the “Assembly” workshop, the “CAD/CAM/CAE, machining and prototyping” workshop, the “Repair, maintenance, equipment adjustment, metalworking under pressure, quality control” workshop, the “Lifting Mechanisms” laboratory, and the “Gas Economy” laboratory.
The inspection of the sites allowed the participants to evaluate the modern equipment of the center and its capabilities in training specialists for high-tech industries. The delegation representatives emphasized the relevance of exchanging experience in the field of professional education and expressed interest in developing joint initiatives to improve the qualifications of personnel and enhance training programs.
The visit became an important step in strengthening interregional and international cooperation in the field of labor resource development.
