In the OAT Group (part of the structure of PJSC “KAMAZ”), the results of the rating of enterprises by the quality of product manufacturing for the first quarter of 2026 have been summed up.
The rating was conducted for the purpose of an objective assessment of the effectiveness of the quality management system, identifying best practices, and determining priority directions for further development. More than 14 key indicators were analyzed within the assessment, covering all stages of the production cycle — from the control of raw materials and components to finished products and shipment to the consumer. The evaluated parameters included indicators of technological discipline, compliance with standards, defect levels, adherence to regulations, as well as indicators of satisfaction among internal and external consumers.
According to the results of the rating, the leader among the enterprises of the OAT Group is LLC “SAAZ Komplekt”, specializing in the production of suspension shock absorbers. As noted by the enterprise’s managers, the achieved level is the result of systematic teamwork and unwavering adherence to the principles of continuous improvement.
