On May 28, 2026, the Moscow Exchange will hold Shareholder Day in the format of a videoconference. The online format allows organizing a dialogue between the company’s management and shareholders and potential investors located anywhere in the country.
The Chairman of the Board of the Moscow Exchange Viktor Zhidkov, Senior Sales and Business Development Director Boris Blokhin, and Senior Strategic Development Director Artem Zheleznov will share the results of the exchange’s work over the year, talk about new products and services, as well as development prospects. The discussion will be moderated by Director of Investor Relations Anton Terentyev.
The holding of Shareholder Day on the eve of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) allows investors to obtain comprehensive information about the exchange’s activities before decisions are made on the AGM agenda items. Representatives of the exchange answer questions from shareholders, investors, and the media in real-time mode.
