More than 25 regions of Russia have already tested typical cloud solutions available on the unified digital platform “GosT”. This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the Government – Head of the Government Office Dmitry Grigorenko during a meeting with the heads of digital transformation of federal agencies and subjects of the Russian Federation.

“Typical IT solutions on the ‘GOSTE’ platform form a unified digital standard for the entire country. Regions gain access to secure, comprehensive, and already ready-to-implement digital services – from public services to systems for processing citizen appeals and sectoral solutions in the social sphere, education, and other areas. The platform provides a unified IT infrastructure, which allows reducing the launch time of such services by four times, as well as significantly increasing the stability and security of state information systems.”Such an approach helps regions to more quickly implement convenient digital services for citizens and businesses. At the same time, it does not require direct budget expenditures from the regions, which reduces development costs for IT systems,” said Dmitry Grigorenko.

Currently, five standard cloud solutions (TOS) have been implemented on the “GosTeh” platform: in the fields of social protection, trade, advertising, asset management, and veterinary medicine. Thus, standard cloud solutions in the fields of trade, advertising, and veterinary medicine have been adopted by more than 600 municipalities. For citizens, the public services portal now offers a service for viewing online maps of advertising structures and commercial facilities with the ability to file complaints, as well as a service for registering with a state veterinary clinic and notifications about unlicensed animals.

Separate attention at the meeting was given to the further development of industry-specific government information systems on the “GosTE” platform. Four new regional TORs are planned to be launched in pilot mode in 2026 and three more in 2027. Thus, the Ministry presented a draft of the FGIS “Utilities Infrastructure Objects” (FGIS “OKI”). The system will allow in real-time mode to collect and analyze data on accidents and incidents in the utilities sector across the country. It will not contain information about the investment program in the housing and communal services sector, but will also carry out monitoring of planning and spending of funds directed towards the modernization of communal infrastructure. The launch of the first phase of the system is scheduled for September 2027.

The “GosT” platform allows accelerating the creation of state information systems and reducing costs by using ready-made standard solutions. Centralized management ensures stable operation of services even during periods of peak loads, and a flexibly scalable IT infrastructure is an indispensable volume of computing resources. In addition, the platform simplifies the integration of information systems with trusted artificial intelligence models.

In addition to regional solutions, today 38 government information systems operate on the “Goste” platform, used by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the National Guard, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Construction and others federal authorities. Active deployment and implementation of solutions from the “Goste” platform began at the end of 2025.
