On May 18, the selection stage of the All-Russian TIM Championship SPBGASU 2026 began at the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
The competition is held as part of the events of the federal innovation platform “Innovative methodology for the formation of digital professional competencies of trainees and specialists in the construction industry.”
The goal of the championship is to improve the quality of training for personnel in the construction industry, develop students’ practical skills in working with information modeling technologies (TIM), as well as popularize engineering and construction specialties.
Participation in the competition allows future specialists:

apply theoretical knowledge in solving real design tasks;

to master modern software suites for information modeling;

gain experience in team work on a complex project;

to demonstrate one’s competencies to potential employers.
Stages of the qualifying round:
The in-person part of the championship will be held at the Educational Center for Digital Competencies of SPbGASU (OCCK, Fontanka River Embankment, 123/5). Project defenses and awarding of winners will take place in the Meeting Hall of the Academic Council of SPbGASU.
Information about the winner and prize-winner of the qualifying stage will be published on the official website of SPBGASU after the completion of the competition.
