The theme of the plenary session is “Made in Russia: Digital Transformation of Industry.”M. Mishustin:Good day to everyone, dear friends!
Dear colleagues!
I want to welcome all guests and participants of the largest conference dedicated to the issues of digital transformation of basic industrial sectors.
At this venue, traditionally – already for the 11th time – leading industry customers and developers, experts, and government representatives gather. Everyone who makes a significant contribution to fulfilling the task set by the President to strengthen technological sovereignty and technological independence from used foreign software.
We have moved from searching for replacements for the departed Western products to actively implementing our own products. And today we were convinced of this at the exhibition.
Industrial competence centers, which today have been created across all basic sectors of industry, allowed these processes to be accelerated. This has organized a fundamentally new level of interaction between companies — leaders of industries and developers of software solutions — on a systemic basis. The first were able to consolidate their requirements for digital solutions. And the latter are now provided with a clear, long-term order.
It is also important that a business engaged in software development delivers already existing products tailored to needs in the shortest possible time – these are not just any needs, by the way, but specific enterprise needs, taking into account their unique specifics.
The result of this work is hundreds of already implemented industrial systems that manage warehouses, logistics, currently ongoing in a series. Thanks to everyone who demonstrated high professionalism and helped achieve this.
Dear friends! The information technology industry remains one of the fastest-growing sectors in our economy. Today Gleb Sergeevich(G. Nikitin, governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region)on the stand, when talking about regional success, she said that 47% – the contribution to the growth of the domestic regional product – was made by the information technology industry. And over six years its share in the structure of GDP in the country has doubled. The volume of sales of domestic products and services in this sector during this same period increased almost 4.5 times and by the end of last year exceeded 5 trillion rubles. And it is precisely these that large companies increasingly choose for implementation at enterprises.
There is interest in our digital programs and services related to software creation, including abroad. For the first time since 2022, according to the Bank of Russia, exports grew by 15%.
The industry is employing more and more specialists. Today, it has over a million people working in it.
By the decision of the President, the main preferences for the information technology sector, which is a very difficult time for the country, were formed. First of all, those who directly stimulate investment in the creation and development of Russian software products.
First and foremost, these are reduced rates of membership fees. For accredited companies in this sector, they are twice as low as for other sectors. Developers can direct the saved funds towards new products.
There is also a major tax benefit on profit. The rate is five times lower than the standard, and this provides additional resources for expanding the technological and personnel base.
These support measures have proven their effectiveness. Revenue from 5,500 organizations that continuously used such advantages over five years grew more than threefold, and the number of employees increased one and a half times.
There is not only…
