High-tonnage tractors and the KAMAZ K5 generation dump truck were presented at the industrial exhibition forum “TECHNO SUMMER 2026,” held on May 14-16 in Khabarovsk.

Within the framework of the exhibition forum “TECHNO SUMMER,” the largest Russian enterprises shared their experience, presented advanced technologies, working methods, specialists, and equipment. Khabarovsk Krai is a major transport hub connecting the Far Eastern Federal District with the central regions of the country. The main goal of the exhibition is to attract to the region modern equipment, materials, and technologies, demonstrate innovative products and achievements of domestic manufacturers. An official dealer of PJSC “KAMAZ” – LLC “Soniktrans” participated in the event, presenting trucks relevant for this region that can assist in implementing the priority development directions of the Khabarovsk Territory. Presented were the KAMAZ-65951 dump truck, the KAMAZ-65955 tractor unit, and the KAMAZ-54901 highway tractor unit in the Hi-tech version.

Dump truck KAMAZ-65951 (8×4)Created using the most modern solutions and surpassing the best world analogs in a number of indicators. The new generation K5 machine is designed for transporting bulk construction, industrial, household, and other goods suitable for unloading by tipping the body. The updated cabin with a four-point spring suspension provides increased driver comfort. The dump truck is equipped with a modern economical KAMAZ R6 engine with 483 hp, and a mechanical 16-speed gearbox. A feature of the dump truck is a reinforced frame and drive axles, calculated for an axle load of 16 tons. The vehicle is equipped with a dump body with a volume of 25 cubic meters, has four axles – two steering and two driving. Payload capacity – up to 30.7 tons, total weight – 50 tons.

In the lineup of modern semi-trucksKAMAZ-65955 (6×6)occupies a special place – it is an extremely powerful heavy-duty tractor designed for transporting oversized and super heavy cargo. Full drive and three-axle layout make it indispensable in off-road conditions, at oil and gas facilities, in the mining industry, and during the construction of large infrastructure projects.

The “heart” of the machine is the new KAMAZ-910.50 engine (“Euro-5”) with a working volume of 12.9 liters and a power of 560 hp. The sixteen-speed mechanical gearbox with low noise level and high efficiency allows reducing fuel consumption. Thanks to the engine power combined with high torque (2600 Nm) and a durable transmission, a unique traction dynamic is achieved. The use of modern high-tech design solutions has made it possible to increase the service interval to 80 thousand km, and the engine resource to 1 million km.KAMAZ-65955 is equipped with a low-roof cabin, inside which there is everything necessary for long trips: a spacious sleeping area, seat heating, autonomous heater, refrigerator, multimedia system with navigation.

KAMAZ-54901 (4×2) main tractor with the ADAS systemembodies the advanced developments of KAMAZ engineers. The vehicle was created taking into account global trends in automotive engineering. In this version, the exterior of the flagship K5 generation is complemented by fairings installed on the cab and chassis, which improve aerodynamics and allow fuel consumption to be reduced by 5 to 10%. At the same time, the vehicle’s equipment has significantly changed: a more powerful engine is used, and the driver’s comfort and safety have been improved.

The tractor is equipped with adaptive cruise control, which allows maintaining distance from the vehicle ahead in automatic mode, monitors the vehicle’s position in the lane, warning about lane departure, which significantly increases the vehicle’s active safety. Also among the vehicle’s advantages are the emergency braking system, electronic braking system (EBS), electronic stability program (ESP), anti-lock braking system (ABS), and anti-slip regulation system (ASR).
