Almaty, May 15 /Xin Hua/ — Kazakhstan’s foreign trade turnover in January-March 2026 increased by 10.5 percent compared to the same period last year and amounted to 32.9 billion US dollars. This was reported by the Bureau of National Statistics of the republic on Friday.
According to data, in January-March, exports increased by 9.4% to 17.99 billion US dollars, imports — by 11.8% to 14.91 billion US dollars.
Trade turnover of Kazakhstan with the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union increased by 17 percent and amounted to 7.3 billion dollars.
The main export partners of Kazakhstan are China, Italy, Russia, Turkey, and Uzbekistan, while for imports — Russia, China, Germany, the USA, and the Republic of Korea. –0–
