The period for considering documents to make a decision on making or refusing to make entries about actuarial information inunified register of responsible actuariesA —30 working days.
In the event that the regulator identifies a violation of the requirements for the design and (or) content providedBy points 3 and 4 of the Instructions of the Bank of Russia dated 01.12.2021 No. 6002-U, in the document for entering information intounified register of responsible actuariesIn the case of the applicant submitting an incomplete set of documents for entering information into the unified register of responsible actuaries, the Bank of Russia, no later than the end of the decision period on inclusion or refusal to include information about the applicant in the unified register of responsible actuaries, sends the applicantrequest for the submission of documentswith an indication of identified violations and (or) missing documents and the deadline for submission of such documents.
The deadline for submitting corrected and/or missing documents must not exceed 20 working days from the date the applicant receives the specified request.
As a result of the review of the documents, a decision may be made either to include or to refuse to include information about actuarial data inUnified register of responsible actuaries.
During3 working daysFrom the day the corresponding decision is made, the Bank of Russia sends the applicant a notification about the entry of information about it intounified register of responsible actuariesand an extract fromUnified register of responsible actuaries, or a notification of refusal to enter information about it inUnified register of responsible actuaries, containing justification for the adopted decision.
