Beijing, May 13 /Xinhua/ — At the invitation of CPPCC Chairman Si Zixinpin, U.S. President Donald Trump arrived in Beijing on Wednesday evening, starting his state visit to China, which will last from May 13 to May 15.
This is the first visit of a U.S. president to China in almost nine years and the second visit of D. Trump to China since November 2017.
Leaders of the two countries will conduct an in-depth exchange of views on the main issues concerning Sino-American relations, peace, and development worldwide, according to a message from the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
