“The city is working on improving social infrastructure, allocating significant amounts of land for the implementation of large-scale investment projects in this area. Since 2024, more than 138 hectares have been provided to investors and developers for the implementation of 58 social MAIP projects. The projects address a wide range of social needs — from the construction of new schools and kindergartens to the creation of sports complexes and medical institutions.

“Land plots provided in the capital from 2024 for the construction of social infrastructure facilities within the framework of MaIP are located throughout the administrative districts.
