Beijing, May 12 /Xinhua/ — At the invitation of NPC Chairman Xi Jinping, U.S. President Donald Trump will pay a state visit to China from May 13 to 15.
D. Trump was born in June 1946 in New York City, USA. In 1968, he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, after which he worked in a company engaged in real estate operations.
In November 2016, he was elected the 45th President of the USA, and on January 20, 2017, he assumed office as head of state. In November 2024, he again won the presidential election and was inaugurated on January 20, 2025, becoming the 47th President of the USA.
