About 80 hectares of inefficiently used plots are being reorganized in the capital as part of 18 comprehensive territory development projects (CRT), published in April. It was reported about thisVladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction.
“Within the framework of the 18 new KRT projects published in April this year, about 80 hectares of depressed areas are planned to be transformed in the capital. As a result of redevelopment in various districts of Moscow, more than 1.4 million square meters of modern real estate will be built. Of this, the overwhelming volume — almost 900 thousand square meters — will be allocated to public-business and industrial-production infrastructure. The implementation of the new KRT projects will create more than 6,800 additional jobs,” Vladimir Efimov said.
The projects published in April by KRT are planned to be implemented in the areas of Kosino-Ukhtomsky, Severnoye Izmailovo, Kuzminki, Lyublino, Pechatniki, Tekstilshchiki, Babushkinsky, Losinoostrovsky, Rostokino, Akademichesky, Teply Stan, Mozhaysky, Silino, Tverskoy, Danilovsky, Moskvorechye-Saburovo, Nagatinsky Zaton, and Tsaritsyno.
