About 80 hectares of inefficiently used plots are being reorganized in the capital as part of 18 comprehensive territory development projects (CRT), published in April. It was reported about thisVladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction.

“Within the framework of the 18 new KRT projects published in April this year, about 80 hectares of depressed areas are planned to be transformed in the capital. The implementation of the new KRT projects will create more than 6,800 additional jobs,” Vladimir Efimov said.

The projects published in April by KRT are planned to be implemented in the areas of Kosino-Ukhtomsky, Severnoye Izmailovo, Kuzminki, Lyublino, Pechatniki, Tekstilshchiki, Babushkinsky, Losinoostrovsky, Rostokino, Akademichesky, Teply Stan, Mozhaysky, Silino, Tverskoy, Danilovsky, Moskvorechye-Saburovo, Nagatinsky Zaton, and Tsaritsyno.

“Six projects, in particular, will assistrenovation program: New buildings with a total area of 230 thousand square meters are planned to be constructed in the Babushkinsky, Akademichesky, Mozhaysky, Kuzminki, and Severnoye Izmailovo districts. In turn, as part of three MRT projects, high-tech industries will be built in Silino, Moskvorechye-Saburovo, and Rostokino. Next to the facility on Kashirskoye Highway, a multi-level parking lot will also be erected, and in Rostokino, a sports and wellness complex,
