The boundaries of the advanced development territory (TAD) “Khabarovsk” will be expanded by joining additional land plots of the Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island and part of the Amur River water area. The resolution on this has been signed.

The decision will allow the creation of conditions for the implementation of a number of projects within the framework of forming an integrated investment site on the territory of Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island. It concerns the creation of infrastructure for providing cargo transshipment services, the development of a city waterfront, the construction of two hotel complexes of the “four-star” category, a glamping hotel, a night club, and a multifunctional complex for providing various services to businesses and citizens. Investor investments in these projects will exceed 11 billion rubles. Additionally, 430 jobs will be created.

A resolution on the expansion of TO “Zabaykalsky” is also being prepared for signing by incorporating additional land plots of the Zabaykalsky municipal district. This decision will allow ensuring the implementation of investment projects for the organization and launch of the production of building materials — sandwich panels — and the creation of a transport and logistics center. Investor investments in the projects will exceed 11 billion rubles. Approximately 290 jobs will also be created.
