From May 7, 2026, investors will be able to make deals in the morning and evening additional trading sessions with shares on the Moscow Exchange stock market.Combined Residential and Commercial Complex “Rental PRO” under the management of the property management company “A Class Capital”. The fund is available to qualified investors, trading code – XXXXXX.

From May 16, 2026, the instrument will be allowed to trade in the additional one-day trading session (DSVD) of the Moscow Exchange.

Thus, the SPIF “Rental PRO” will become the first SPIF allowed to participate in the morning trading session and trades in the primary market of the Moscow Exchange.

The Moscow Exchange is consistently expanding the possibilities for investors in the stock market. In January 2025, the morning session on the stock and derivatives markets was resumed, on March 1, 2025, single-stock trading was launched on the stock market. Since February 27, 2025Units of BPF shares were allowed for morning trading., and from June 28Exchange-traded securities are allowed to be traded in foreign currencies.
Morning and evening additional trading sessionsare conducted on the stock market on working days from 6:50 to 9:50 and from 19:00 to 23:50 respectively. Trades on the Moscow Exchange stock market are conducted on Saturdays and/or Sundays from 09:50 to 19:00 MSK, and other non-settlement trading days may also be held.

To reduce volatility risks and ensure liquidity, the price limits in the trading mode are narrowed to 3% from the last current price of the previous trading day.
