Armenia and Kazakhstan Discussed Cooperation in Nuclear and Solar Energy

Yerevan, May 6 /Xin Hua/ — Armenia’s Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, David Khudatyan, met on Wednesday with a Kazakh delegation led by the Chairman of the Atomic Energy Agency of Kazakhstan, Almasadam Satkaliev. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia.

D. Khudatyan noted close cooperation between Armenia and Kazakhstan in the field of peaceful uses of atomic energy.

The parties discussed current trends in the energy sector, as well as prospects for the development of nuclear and solar energy. The interlocutors expressed their readiness to continue cooperation, exchange experience, and information in this area.
