Changsha, May 4 /Xinhua/ — An explosion occurred at a fireworks manufacturing plant in the town of Guandu in Luyan county-level city, administratively subordinate to the city of Changsha /administrative center of Hunan province, Central China/ around 16:43 on Monday, the city’s emergency management department reported.
