Based on the Higher School of Project Activities and Innovations in Industry of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Materials, and Transport of SPbPU, the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Management of Innovations in the Conditions of Digital Transformation (IQ project)” was held. The organizers of the event were the Student Scientific Society of VShPDIIP and the Higher School itself.
The first day took place in the space “Boiling Point.” The program included speeches by invited speakers.
- Dmitry Kitaev on the topic “Youth Market of Saint Petersburg”
- Aleksey Kudryavtsev on the topic “Project Management and Innovations: Expectations vs Reality”
- Sergey Yakovlev on the topic “Project Manager Competencies”
- Yulia Sorokina and Ksenia Nasvetova held an open dialogue “PROductive dialogue: Product Management vs Project Management”
- Vladislav Petrov on the topic “What is expected of your development?”
- Kseniya Latynina on the topic “How to write your first resume”
The first day of the business game has ended, during which participants were able to try themselves as project managers and performers.
On the second day, a plenary session was held, at which the best reports of the conference were presented.

- Vyacheslav Yarovoy: “Practice-oriented technologies of managing an organizational system for eliminating man-made fires”
Further, there were speeches by participants at the section.
Section “Mathematical and Computer Models for Decision Support”
1st place — Elizaveta Voronchina (“Imitation model of the production and repair processes of drilling equipment”)
2nd place — Konstantin Trubnikov (“Development of a theoretical game model for decision-making on the development of a technological product under market competition conditions”)
3rd place — Lia Khabibullina (“Methods of semantic integration of digital models to improve the transferability of architectural solutions of decision support systems”) and Daniil Mavrin (“Modified Bayesian Stackelberg game for pricing optimization in a regulated oligopoly of the B2B SaaS market”)
Section “Quality Management”
1st place — Anastasia Kondratyeva (“Prototype of a model for automating the analytical process of data collection and monitoring for a residential real estate project”)
2nd place — Ivan Belikov (“Automation of the process of accounting publication activity in a scientific research laboratory”)
3rd place — Alina Osetrova (“Engineering of internal audit process systems of quality management system at an industrial enterprise”)
Section “Management of innovative projects and products”
1st place — Irina Romanova (“Development of a method for prioritizing the backlog of an innovative IT product based on the integrated model of readiness levels”)
2nd place — Alexey Nikitin (“Goal-setting in the project: success factor, not formality”)
3rd place — Vasily Dybulin (“Development of a model for managing multifactor risks of innovative projects”)
Section “Management in Organizational Systems”
1st place — Maksim Dergachev (“Under the concept of dynamic project planning in organizational systems based on deviation analysis”)
2nd place — Anna Voyinkova (“Under the conditions of automating the accounting process of construction equipment”)
3rd place — Polina Sharko (“Accounting for self-organization of teams in planning geological and technical activities in the oil production region”)
All theses of the reports that have been peer-reviewed will be published in the conference proceedings with indexing in RSCI.
I really liked the dynamism of the presentations at the conference. The 15-minute lecture format is perceived quite easily, and the opportunity to ask questions after each presentation helps fill any gaps in the material. Vlad Petrov’s presentation deserves special mention: insanely interesting material and no less interesting delivery. The overall impression of the conference is extremely positive. Both the presentations of invited speakers and the reports of section participants were very pleasing.All the topics were interesting, and it was especially pleasant that among the participants there were so many guys from other universities,
