Beijing, April 30 /Xin Hua/ — The highest legislative body of China on Thursday passed the revised Criminal Procedure Law by voting.
The revised law was approved at the 22nd session of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress /PC NPC/ of the 14th convocation and will come into force on November 1, 2026. -0-
