The results of the study will become the basis for creating personalized recommendations for maintaining health and extending active longevity, as well as allow a deeper understanding of the biological mechanisms of aging. After medical examinations, each person will receive personalized results, based on which it will be possible to adjust their lifestyle and improve its quality,” noted Alexey Moskalev, director of the Institute of Biology of Aging and Healthy Longevity with a Clinic of Preventive Medicine.
