At the meeting of the Supervisory Board of ANO “Digital Economy” chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the Government – Head of the Government Office Dmitry Grigorenko, the results of the organization’s work for 2025 were summed up, as well as the plans and priority areas of activity for 2026 were outlined.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that over the past year the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Digital Economy” has strengthened its status as a key platform for interaction between the state and business, including for discussing and refining legislative initiatives taking into account feedback from the entrepreneurial community.

“ANO ‘Digital Economy’ has established the status of a single platform for discussing IT initiatives with business. Companies actively submit their comments and requests on it. We also take them into account when preparing draft laws and regulatory acts. For example, with the participation of business, the law on criminal liability for droppers was refined, the first package of measures to protect citizens from fraudsters was developed, and the concept of COD was also formed, which became the basis of the corresponding law.”As of today, the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “Digital Economy” serves as a key platform for discussing the bill on the regulation of artificial intelligence. It accumulates business proposals for refining initiatives, some of which have already been taken into account,” said Dmitry Grigorenko.

In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister noted the significant role of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “Digital Economy” in the preparation of analytical materials reflecting the development of digital technologies in Russia.

By the order of Dmitry Grigorenko, the organization, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, has developed a methodology for assessing the IT industry. The autonomous nonprofit organization regularly monitors indicators such as the industry’s contribution to the country’s GDP volume, the share of tax revenues from the IT sector, the volume of investments in organizations, evaluates the effectiveness of state support for the digital sphere, and other indicators. Thanks to the monitoring, the state and business receive objective data about the state of the industry and operate within a unified informational context.

At the meeting, updated key performance indicators of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “Digital Economy” for 2026 were adopted, and priority areas of activity were identified.

“The key task of ANO ‘Digital Economy’ in 2026, and personally mine, is to make the organization a single point of entry for companies that want to interact effectively with the government. We have huge competencies – from personnel to AI. We know how to find a common language with officials. We want to be useful to every company and the government. The key directions this year are regulation and analytics. Under the initiatives in the 10+10+10 format, we aim to develop 30 NPA projects taking into account the proposals of ANO ‘Digital Economy’. We plan to bring at least a third of the projects to adoption this year – these proposals have already been worked out with the regulator.””Relying on last year’s experience, we consider it important to add a format of interdepartmental interaction,” commented the General Director of ANO “Digital Economy” Chulpan Gossamova.

In 2026, under the auspices of ANO “CE”, the release of four analytical reports according to the methodology of IT industry monitoring is planned, as well as analytics on the digital economy sectors.
