China added 7 EU entities to the export control list /detailed version-1/

Beijing, April 24 /Xinhua/ — The Ministry of Commerce of the PRC announced on Friday that it has decided to include seven entities from the European Union (EU) in its export control list to ensure national security, protect state interests, and fulfill international obligations, including in the area of non-proliferation.

As specified in the published statement by the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC, export operators are prohibited from supplying dual-use goods to the following seven entities: FN Herstal, Fabrique Nationale de Herstal; OMNIPOL a.s.; HENSOLDT AG; EXCALIBUR ARMY spol.s.r.o; SPACEKNOW INC., odstepny zavod s.r.o; VZLU AEROSPACE a.s.; and FN Browning.

Foreign organizations and individuals are prohibited from transferring or supplying dual-use goods produced in China to these subjects. Any related activity currently taking place must be immediately ceased, stated the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC.
