Petrozavodsk State University of Petrozavodsk entered into an agreement with a regiment of unmanned systems of the 6th Guards Army (Leningrad Military District). Young people, graduates of 2026 subject to conscription, are given the opportunity to undergo mandatory military service in this regiment under contract.

At the same time, all existing benefits are provided:

  • 4 million rubles — a one-time payment;
  • Monthly salary from 230 thousand rubles.

During the year of service:

  • Initial military training — within 3 months;
  • Training on the BPLA operator — within 2 months;
  • 1 month of vacation;
  • 6 months — military service (enrollment in an officer position).

To use this option, it is necessary to write a report to the regimental commander about the desire to serve in the troops of unmanned systems of the 6th Guards Army (Leningrad Military District) in May-June 2026 and receive an “attitude” from the regimental commander, which guarantees:

  • Registration through the military commissariat only to this military unit?
  • service only in unmanned systems troops;
  • Service life 1 year.

The Polytechnic University has maintained ties with the military unit for a long time and, upon completion of service, provides the opportunity for admission to doctoral studies without competition or continuation of studies on a budgetary basis, as well as assists in employment at partner enterprises.

Action theme:

  • call the person responsible for enrolling in the unmanned systems regiment;
  • prepare the report and obtain the “attitude”;
  • Upon completion of training, the regiment representative supervises the processing of documents and enrollment into the regiment.
