More than 474 thousand people participated in the All-Russian Employment Fair. The event brought together over 23 thousand companies, which presented more than 450 thousand vacancies at 2,755 venues across various corners of the country.
The event program for this stage in each region was developed taking into account the features of the local labor market and is designed for different ages of visitors.
“The All-Russian Employment Fair is not only a bright event, but also an accessible opportunity for thousands of job seekers to quickly and easily find work, and for companies to select candidates for vacant positions. We see a steady interest in the event. As in the previous year, the fair gathered about 474 thousand people, and the number of companies that presented their vacancies has grown somewhat, surpassing the mark of 23 thousand organizations,” noted Deputy Chairman of the Government Tatyana Golikova.
Applicants received the opportunity to personally communicate with leading employers of the country, get consultations about available support measures, participate in career guidance events, and, of course, receive job offers.
“The main result of the All-Russian Employment Fair is the number of job seekers and employers who were able to meet thanks to this large-scale event. Immediately after the event, we summarize preliminary results: at the moment, 74 thousand visitors have already received employment offers. The Ministry of Labor is conducting employment monitoring based on the results of the fair,” said the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov.
On many sites, consultation points for veterans of the special military operation and their relatives operated. Each participant of the special military operation in the personnel center “Work of Russia” is assigned a personal consultant. The specialist identifies professional competencies, develops an individual career path, and helps at all stages of employment — from career guidance to adaptation at the new workplace.
According to most indicators, the leader was the Volga Federal District: over 112 thousand participants, more than 5 thousand employers, about 118 thousand vacancies, and 685 sites. The Central Federal District showed the highest result in terms of the number of job seekers who received job offers on the day of the All-Russian job fair – more than 19 thousand people.
The top 3 regions by number of fair participants included Krasnodar Krai, the Republic of Bashkortostan, and Samara Oblast. Krasnodar Krai and Bashkortostan also lead in terms of the number of employers, and Vologda Oblast also joined the top three in this indicator. Most venues were in Rostov, Kostroma Oblast, and Bashkortostan. By the number of citizens who were able to receive job offers directly at the venue, Moscow, Altai Krai, and Tambov Oblast lead.
Great attention is paid to career guidance and youth employment. For example, in the Magadan region, open lessons on 3D modeling were held; in North Ossetia, career consultants conducted a master class on resume writing.
A traditional Festival of Professions took place at many sites at the fair. For example, in the Trans-Baikal Territory, students conducted master classes on applied geodesy and career orientation express testing; in the Kamchatka Territory, participants were taken on excursions to the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Fish Processing Plant and introduced to the professions of baker and technologist; in the Republic of Bashkortostan, interactive career orientation games were held for youth; and in Tomsk Region, professional trials were organized, allowing anyone interested to try themselves in the role of a veterinarian.
The federal stage of the employment fair will be held throughout all regions of the country on June 26 on the eve of Youth Day. Detailed information about this stage will be available on the “Rabota Rossii” portal at the linkhttps://trudvsem.ru/yarmarka2026.
