On April 21, 2026, trading started on the stock market of the Moscow Exchange for the exchange-traded mutual investment fund of market financial instruments (ETF) “Rencap – High-Yield Bonds” managed by “UK Rencap.” Trading code – VDOR.

The new fund is aimed at both private and institutional investors. The fund’s assets consist of high-yield bonds (VDO) of Russian companies from various sectors. The benchmark for BPIF isMoscow Exchange Bond Index of High-Yield Bonds with Increased Investment Risk (RUCBHYTR).

Shares of the RenCap – High-Yield Bonds fund are available to unqualified investors and can be purchased through an individual investment account (IIA). After three years of holding the shares, the investor can take advantage of a tax benefit for long-term ownership of securities.

The authorized person and market maker for BPIF market financial instruments “Rencap – High-grade bonds” is LLC “Renessans Broker”.

LLC “UK Rencap” was founded in August 2024. The license from the Bank of Russia for managing investment funds, unit investment funds, and non-governmental pension funds was obtained by the company in November 2025. “UK Rencap” offers its clients the opportunity to invest in unit investment funds, as well as to create personal funds. In March 2026, the Bank of Russia registered the Rules of trust management of mutual funds of market financial instruments “Rencap – High-Yield Bonds”, under the management of LLC “UK Rencap”.

Moscow Exchange is the largest Russian exchange, the only multifunctional trading platform in Russia for stocks, bonds, derivatives, currency, money market instruments, and commodities. On the Moscow Exchange stock market, investment funds of more than 40 management companies are available.
