Tehran, April 12 /Xin Hua/ — Iran and the United States have reached an understanding on a number of issues, but on two or three important points opinions diverged, and ultimately the talks in Islamabad did not lead to an agreement, said the official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Esmail Baghaei on Sunday.
