By the decision of the Moscow Government, the project to create a modern equestrian sports complex on the territory of the Central Moscow Hippodrome (CMI) in the Begovoy district has been included in the list of investment priority projects. The order on this matter was signed by Sergey Sobyanin.
“The new equestrian sports complex of the Central Moscow Hippodrome has been included among the priority investment projects. Its construction is part of a large-scale modernization of the CMH, as a result of which it will become one of the best hippodromes in the world,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow on his channel.

The equestrian sports complex will include three indoor arenas, an open parade ground, pastures, and stables with modern infrastructure. More than 80 jobs will be created here.
The projected volume of investment in the creation of the equestrian sports complex will amount to about 11.35 billion rubles. The work will be carried out using extrabudgetary funds.
The status of an investment priority project will allow the investor to reset the property tax rate.
At the moment, the status of investment priority projects has been assigned to 17 projects, including the reconstruction of the “Udarnik” cinema, the creation of technoparks “ZIL”, “Kalibr”, “Alkon Sever”, “Newton Plaza”, “NTV”, and others.
