In the first half of 2026, a building will begin to be erected in the north of the capital, in which various social organizations will be opened. This was reported by the head of the Department of Civil Construction.Aleksei Alexandrov.
“In the Molzhaninovsky district, with the funds from the Targeted Investment Program, a four-story building with an area of more than 6,600 square meters will be constructed to accommodate social institutions. A center for the provision of state services will operate here,Moscow Longevity Center, department of the Moscow City Rehabilitation Center andfamily center. As a result, a unified multifunctional complex will appear where residents will be able to receive a wide range of services in one place. The design of the facility has already been completed, and construction is planned to begin in the first half of this year,
The building will be constructed on 3rd Podrezkovskaya Street. Separate zones with necessary premises and equipment will be created for each organization. On the first floor it is planned to placePublic Services Center “My Documents”, including a room for marriage registration in a non-ceremonial setting, a department for migration issues of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a room for mother and child, as well as a children’s corner.
The second and third floors will be occupied by the Moscow Longevity Center. Here will be located creative workshops, a media lounge, a culinary studio, a gym and sports halls, an assembly hall, noisy and quiet lounges.
A part of the third floor is allocated for a family center, where rooms for working with families, offices of a psychologist and a lawyer, as well as a library with a computer room are provided.
On the fourth floor, there will be a department of the Moscow City Rehabilitation Center with rooms for ergo- and occupational therapy, therapeutic physical culture, offices of professional rehabilitation, speech therapist, and psychologist.
