At PJSC “KAMAZ” from March 30 to April 2, an inspection audit of the quality management system (QMS) for compliance with national standards requirements was conducted. The inspection was carried out by specialists from the certification association “Russian Register,” one of the largest certification and expert organizations in Russia, internationally recognized.
The purpose of the inspection audit is to evaluate the effectiveness of the functioning of the quality management system under the real working conditions of the enterprise. The audit covered the key processes of the company’s activities. More than 20 subdivisions and organizations of PJSC “KAMAZ” participated in the inspection.
The audit was conducted taking practical results into account – it evaluated how much the QMS contributes to achieving business goals, improving the quality of products or services, and optimizing processes. Compliance with national standards requirements, as well as company-internal standards, was checked. As noted by the Quality Department specialists, the inspection audit is not only a mandatory stage for confirming the QMS compliance with the requirements, but also serves as a valuable tool for improving process efficiency and identifying development opportunities.
