It is available to all users, both those with any level of account on mos.ru and to unauthorized users.
“In 2024, more than 21 thousand city residents sought consultations to verify the compliance of a planned transaction with legal requirements at public service centers. The service simplifies this process: now, instead of an in-person visit and consultation, a resident can receive a preliminary evaluation online. During the service’s operation, it was accessed more than 12 thousand times. Most often, applicants requested verification of property matters concerning children older than 14 years — more than 8.2 thousand requests,” she said

For citizens planning to complete a transaction with real estate fully or partially owned by a child or an incapacitated person, permission from the guardianship and custody authority is required, as it is necessary to take into account many factors.

The results of the check; authorized portal users can save or print them. If there are no violations, the service informs the user about the next step: visiting the public services center with a set of documents to submit the application and receive the legally significant document.
