Stand session in the main building
On April 1, the traditional Career Day took place at the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, bringing together students and leading companies from the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. The event became a platform for professional communication, experience exchange, and establishing contacts between employers and future specialists.
The exhibition, at which companies were presented, took place both in the main building of SPbGASU and in the building of the automotive-road faculty, and it aroused great interest. Students actively communicated with employers, asked questions about internships, practice, and employment opportunities. The atmosphere of Career Day was lively and at the same time comfortable, conducive to dialogue.
The event was attended by such major organizations as LLC “Setl Stroy”, “Severnaya kompaniya”, GC “ABZ-1”, GC “KVS”, LLC “Vybor-SPb”, Group LS , LLC “Region”, “Atomenergoproekt”, “Gazstroyprom”, Holding “TITAN-2”, “Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg”, 23 State Marine Design Institute, JSC “Business Solutions and Technologies”, UK FSK SZ, AOCG, LLC “PLATO Eng.”, LLC “KIT” and others.
For the first time at the Career Day of SPBGASU, the operator of Pulkovo Airport – LLC “Air Gates of the Northern Capital” – was presented. Students were able to learn about career prospects and requirements for young specialists in the field of management and development of transport infrastructure.
It is worth separately noting the participation of LLC “Setl Stroy” – one of the leading developers in the Northwest. The company traditionally acts as a significant partner of our university, offering students opportunities for internships and further employment, as well as participation in large-scale construction projects.
In addition to information about work prospects, participating companies offered students various activities and competitions, further familiarizing them with the specifics of the industry.
In addition to the booth session, as part of Career Day, there was a master class by a specialist from the ANCOR staffing agencyAlina Aipova.She talked about the rules for writing a resume and using various resources for job searching.
Career Day at SPbGASU has once again become an effective platform for interaction between students and employers. According to the students, the event gave them confidence in the professional demand for our graduates and in their career prospects.
